Accommodating up to 11 guests and 4 infants, Villa Koroneiki is perfectly suited for families and groups seeking both space and privacy. The villa features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while one bedroom also includes a double sofa bed for two additional adults. A guest WC is conveniently located at the entrance, and the spacious living room can accommodate one extra bed if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to inspire, offering all modern appliances and amenities for effortless meal preparation, whether for a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner. The stylish living area is warm and inviting, complete with an indoor fireplace (wood available at an additional cost), perfect for cozy evenings.

Outdoors, Villa Koroneiki truly stands out with its unique multi-level pool design. The upper-level heated pool (optional heating up to 27°C) is available at an additional cost of €250 for the first 3 full days of heating. For stays exceeding 3 days, each additional day of heated pool use costs €80 per day and features a built-in plunge area ideal for children. From its edges, water flows gracefully over a waterfall into a second, larger swimming pool on the lower level, creating a stunning visual and relaxing ambiance. A private barbecue area completes the outdoor experience, inviting guests to enjoy al fresco dining under the Cretan sky.
