Villa Alaya
Villa Alaya is one of the two residences that make up Mykonos Unique Villas. Located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, it offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
The villa spans 180 m² across two levels. Its design combines traditional Cycladic architecture with modern comforts. Whitewashed walls, natural stone, and wooden beam ceilings create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Step inside and enter a spacious open-plan living area. Comfortable sofas provide the perfect place to relax. Large windows fill the room with natural light. They also showcase stunning sea views. A Smart TV, Netflix, YouTube, international channels, and high-speed Wi-Fi keep everyone entertained.
The fully equipped kitchen sits next to the living area. It includes a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. You'll also find all the essentials for preparing meals at home.
The lower level features three air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a wardrobe. Two modern bathrooms serve the sleeping area. Both bathrooms feature built-in showers.
Outside, you can enjoy your private furnished terrace. Relax beneath the shaded pergola or dine outdoors with family and friends. The landscaped garden creates a peaceful setting for every moment of the day.
Villa Alaya shares a large swimming pool exclusively with Villa Maha, the second residence of Mykonos Unique Villas. Around the pool, you'll find sun loungers, bean bags, a hammock, and a BBQ area. Although the pool is shared, the spacious layout provides privacy for both villas.
Kalafatis Beach and Agia Anna Beach are only minutes away. Mykonos Town and Mykonos International Airport are about 11 km from the villa. As a result, you can easily explore the island while enjoying a peaceful location.
