Welcome to Kalma Living, a newly built complex of three private villas in Proka, Kythnos. Inspired by the beauty of the Cyclades, it embraces the island’s slow-living lifestyle. Here, you can escape everyday life and reconnect with nature.

Each villa spans two levels and blends contemporary design with spacious interiors. In addition, private swimming pools and furnished terraces offer beautiful sea views. As a result, you can enjoy the island in complete privacy.

Villa Descanso and Villa Paz each offer 130 square metres of space for up to six guests. Meanwhile, Villa Silencio spans 190 square metres and accommodates up to eight guests. All three villas are semi-detached. Moreover, each has a private entrance for added independence.

Inside, every villa features a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two or three bedrooms. The main bedrooms include queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Meanwhile, sofa beds provide extra sleeping space. For families, baby cots and high chairs are also available upon request.

For year-round comfort, the villas feature air conditioning and heating. Additionally, soundproofed windows ensure peaceful rest. Each villa also includes a 65-inch Smart TV, a safe, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials are provided. Furthermore, a welcome bottle of wine and water awaits you on arrival.

The kitchens offer everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. For example, facilities include a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and coffee machine. In addition, essential cookware and utensils are provided.

Outside, each villa features a private pool and a furnished terrace. Here, you can enjoy leisurely meals and relaxed evenings by the sea. Complimentary on-site parking is also available.
